Greatrock: MTB Courses
The Client:
Ed Oxley is Greatrock, a mountain bike instructor based in the Hebden Bridge area of Yorkshire.
The Brief
With an already successful site that was essentially a blog about mountain biking. Ed was looking for something a bit more now and something that could help take his business to the next level. Ed was looking for the ability to sell both merchandise and courses online as well as have a specific reviews section of his site where people could read (and watch) his thoughts on the latest MTB products.
The Project
As Ed’s existing site and content was already in the WordPress CMS it made sense to create a new theme for him that would take into account the changes he wanted to make.
A fully custom theme was built and partly designed by myself with extra creativity coming from another designer. The theme fuses the eCommerce plugin Shopp with Ed’s new theme to allow everything Ed was looking for and more.
